There’s been such a great response from alumni interested in getting involved by volunteering as the IUAA Phoenix Chapter Treasurer – thank you!

We also need a Secretary and Vice-President to serve on the IUAA Phoenix Chapter Board.  Here are the commitments involved:

• Vice-President
• Attend quarterly board meetings (2 – 2.5 hours in length).
• Assist chapter in recruiting new members from Phoenix area alumni.
• Partcipate at events, sports watch parties, etc. when possible.
• Have a strong interest in taking over the role of President within one to two years.
• Work with President, Treasurer and Secretary on yearly reporting to send to Bloomington, often occuring in the spring (April and May).

• Secretary
• Take minutes at quarterly Board Meetings (2 – 2.5 hours in length).
• Relay minutes to Board via email in timely matter after quarterly meetings.
• Assist chapter in recruiting new members in the Phoenix area.
• Partcipate at events, sports watch parties, etc. when possible.
• Send yearly report to President for final approval by May 15 for submission to Bloomington.
