We Need A Secretary + A Vice-President – Could It Be You?

There’s been such a great response from alumni interested in getting involved by volunteering as the IUAA Phoenix Chapter Treasurer – thank you!
We also need a Secretary and Vice-President to serve on the IUAA Phoenix Chapter Board. Here are the commitments involved:

Vice-President
- Attend quarterly board meetings (2 – 2.5 hours in length).
- Assist chapter in recruiting new members from Phoenix area alumni.
- Partcipate at events, sports watch parties, etc. when possible.
- Have a strong interest in taking over the role of President within one to two years.
- Work with President, Treasurer and Secretary on yearly reporting to send to Bloomington, often occuring in the spring (April and May).
- Secretary
- Take minutes at quarterly Board Meetings (2 – 2.5 hours in length).
- Relay minutes to Board via email in timely matter after quarterly meetings.
- Assist chapter in recruiting new members in the Phoenix area.
- Partcipate at events, sports watch parties, etc. when possible.
- Send yearly report to President for final approval by May 15 for submission to Bloomington.
